The Laguiole en Aubrac Gourmet bread knife is an elegant, handmade bread knife. When you look at the knife you notice how the end of the blade is moving up. Usually a bread knife is enhanced with a relatively straight edge to cut even slices. The main advantage of the unique shape of this bread knife is the pointed tip that easily allows you to cut bread. The rest of the blade is straight. Because the blade is 25 cm long there is enough edge left to cut even slices of bread. This knife was made by hand in Espalion, France.
