The Naniwa Multi Stone 502/510 is a double-sided sharpening stone from the Japanese sharpening specialist Naniwa. This water stone has a coarse side with a grit size of 220 (green), and a medium-fine side with a grit size of 1000 (red). As such, this stone is excellent for restoring the fold of your fairly blunt knife, and then sharpening the edge with the 1000 side.
