The Opinel office knife set with 2 knives is incredibly convenient for all kinds of kitchen chores. The blades are made of stainless 12C27-Sandvik steel. This type of steel is stainless and in combination with the handles dishwasher-resistant. We do, however, prefer washing the knives by hand. You can read more about why here.
