Free Shipping (Orders over £50)

  • Carrier: EMS
  • Delivery time: 15-25 business days after dispatch
  • Includes basic tracking
  • Economical option for larger orders

Delivery Areas

We ship globally, excluding some remote areas and parts of Asia (due to customs restrictions). If you’re unsure whether we deliver to your location, please contact us before ordering.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be completely satisfied with your premium kitchen knives. If you’re not happy with your purchase, we offer a simple returns process.

Returns Policy

You may return most items within 15 days of receiving your order for a refund or exchange. To be eligible:

  • Item must be unused and in original condition
  • Original packaging with all protective materials must be intact
  • Proof of purchase is required

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of:

  • Opened knife sharpening & maintenance products (honing steels, electric sharpeners)
  • Personalized or custom-ordered items

Returns Process

Exchanges

For a different size or style, we recommend returning the original item for a refund and placing a new order to ensure fastest delivery of your preferred item.

Refunds
