The TSPROF K03 Expert Starter Kit sharpening system is the basic model of the TSPROF K03 Expert collection. The Expert collection contains the ‘Rack and Pinion’ expansion. This increased the maximum sharpening angle from 23 to 35 degrees! The TSPROF K03 sharpening system is an extremely advanced Russian sharpening system. It doesn’t get any more accurate than this. The Starter Kit is the basic model, but not any less accurate than the more extensive versions. Better yet, the basis of the sharpening system is the same for all TSPROF sharpening systems.
