This Wüsthof oval honing steel, 20 cm is the perfect tool for quickly sharpening your kitchen knives before use. This honing steel is perfect for kitchen knives that are up to 20 cm long. The oval shape of the sharpening steel increases the contact surface and thus the speed with which you sharpen the knife. Before using your knife, drag it along the honing steel a few times and flatten out the burrs that appeared during previous use.
