This diamond-coated Wüsthof sharpening steel, 26 cm is enhanced with a diamond-coated sharpening layer. As such it not only quickly removes material, the sharpening steel is also great for sharpening the hardest types of steel. The length of the sharpening steel means you can easily sharpen kitchen knives that are up to 26 cm long. Do, however, make sure you don’t apply too much pressure as you sharpen your knives.
