This Wüsthof oval honing steel, 32 cm is the perfect tool for quickly sharpening your kitchen knives before use. The handle has a hexagonal shape. This provides you with enough grip, but it also ensures that the honing steel won’t roll of the table as you put it down. The oval shape of the sharpening steel increases the contact surface and thus the speed with which you sharpen the knife. This honing steel is perfect for kitchen knives that are up to 32 cm long. Before using your knife, drag it along the honing steel a few times and flatten out the burrs that appeared during previous use.
