This five-piece Wüsthof Amici knife set is comprised of a chef’s knife, santoku, bread knife, paring knife and sausage knife. It comes with a nice knife block with a unique design. The block is made from olive wood, covered in Italian cow leather. As such the block looks very luxurious. In addition to the five knives that come with the block, you also have enough room for another knife. The empty space is 5.9 cm wide. All openings in this block are 23 cm deep. This means that the blade can be 5.9 cm high and up to 23 cm long. Because of the shape of the opening you can also add a honing steel (of up to 1.3 dm) or meat fork (of up to 3 cm wide).
