The Santuko knife from the Wüsthof Classic series is the ideal knife for the finer cutting work. This Santoku was specifically developed for preparing Sushi and Sashimi. But it can do much more than that. You can also easily cut fine vegetables or herbs. Because the blade is enhanced with dimples, small ‘air bubbles’ are created. As such food won’t stick to the blade.
